 I just wanted to let you know that we got our yearbooks. They look AWESOME! They seem to get better with each year. And we can't wait to see what the supplements look like to add in. Words cannot express the gratitude that we feel towards you, for what you've been able to do for us. For many people, the only thing that matters in this world is money and fame. I have always told the class mother's that help me put the yearbook together that, "This yearbook is not for me, and it's not for the parents. The yearbook is for the children to take with them a little piece of their life that will never come back. A memory for them to take with them". And those beautiful memories are what they'll be able to take with them thanks to all your efforts. Each year the quality of your product has enhanced the appearance of our yearbook. 2006 will be our fifth yearbook in full color - what a difference it has made.  School Annual is an amazing company…the online sight is simple, and easy to learn. The layout templates are almost limitless, and the clipart library is immense. They supply hard copies of both for easy reference. I carried my template booklet with me all year and it became my “right hand.” Customer support was immediate and extremely courteous. School Annual went above and beyond for us when we had a last minute emergency that occurred after submission – halting production and unlocking pages so we could include a memorial to a teacher we discovered was terminally ill. They treated us with the utmost respect and sensitivity concerning this matter. And despite the delay, they still delivered our books to us two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing us a longer time to sell the books. The actual product is professional, beautiful, and exciting. We’ve sold more books this year than in any other year past because of the high quality of the product.
I can’t say enough about the ease, professionalism, and class I’ve experienced in my dealings with School Annual. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.
